Why Christos Exists
Welcome to Christos. This site exists for one reason — to point people to Jesus Christ.
I’m someone who believes that faith in Christ is meant to be real. It is not just a label. It is not a tradition passed down through culture. It is not something that happens only on Sundays. Faith is meant to be a living relationship with Christ Himself, one that transforms your life, your mind, and your heart.
I created Christos because I see what is happening to Christianity today. It is becoming shallow. Too many churches avoid serious teaching. Too many Christians are not being taught how to think deeply about their faith. People settle for emotional sermons or motivational talks. They are left with no real foundation. I see believers who cannot explain their own Scriptures. They do not know how to handle challenges. They are not prepared to defend what they believe — not historically, not academically, not archeologically, not spiritually. They cannot explain the Bible beyond surface level. They do not know how to approach it allegorically or metaphorically. When questioned, they fall silent.
I have seen this too many times. Most Muslims today believe they can easily defeat Christians in debate. And sadly, they often can. But not because Islam has the truth. It is because it has become rare to meet a Christian who is actually well versed in their own faith. A Christian who knows what they believe and why they believe it. That is why Christos exists. I want to help change that.
But there is another reason I started this site. One much more personal. I was born and raised in Kuwait, an Islamic country ruled by sharia law. I lived there for nearly twenty years. I did not grow up around Christians. I grew up surrounded by Muslims. In school, I was taught Islam as part of my education. Almost all of my friends were Muslim. Islam was all I knew for most of my life. I have seen firsthand how Islam shapes people from childhood. I know what life inside an Islamic society looks like. I know how Muslim families think. I have lived it.
Because of that, I do not speak about Islam from the outside. I speak as someone who knows it from experience. I have studied it, not to attack people, but to understand the religion itself. I know what Muslims are taught about Christianity. I know the arguments they use, because I heard them my entire life. And I know where those arguments fall apart when tested against history, Scripture, and truth.
That is why Christos also focuses on Islam. Not because I hate Muslims. I don’t. I spent most of my life with them. I care about them. I do not mean to bash anyone’s personal beliefs. I do not write to insult or attack. My goal is simple — to explore the truth. To answer the questions people are actually asking. To explain what Christianity really teaches and why Christ matters.
Every article I write is honest. It is prayerfully considered. I do not write to win arguments. I write to point people to Christ, whether they are Christians who need to grow stronger or Muslims who have never heard the truth about Him.
The name Christos means The Anointed One. This site does not belong to me. It belongs to Him.
Jesus said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Always be prepared to give an answer to anyone who asks you for the reason for the hope that is in you. But do this with gentleness and respect.
